Steps To Building Your Dream Home
STEP ONE
Contract
The very first step is to find and sign on to your perfect and affordable new home community, floorplan, and lot.
STEP TWO
Customize Home
This is where your house becomes your home. Start with modifying your plan or creating your own entirely, then work alongside our designer during the selections process to decide on interior/exterior colors and materials.
STEP THREE
Home Construction
Meet your Project Manager who will walk you through the process of building your custom home. Follow along the process through scheduled walks.
STEP FOUR
Closing
Get your keys, you’re moving in! We will notify you 30-45 days prior to your homes completion and begin to schedule your final home orientation and closing appointment.
